The hours are amazing and the ability to utilize any of the GoodLife fitness centers is another bonus. So many people have benefited from the gym...We have people using our internal Biggest Loser and Maintain Don't Gain programs and teaming it up with working out at the gym. We've had amazing success stories - some losing as much as 30 to 50 pounds and others you see the healthy glow from working out. We have others who have learned through personal trainers and we've even had GoodLife trainers come into our workplace and demonstrate ways to get fit, sign up for membership, and even receive massages! I personally need to lose a lot of weight but I do have a membership and I have used a trainer for 20 hours. I had a heart attack 3 years ago and I now know what I am capable of and what I need to watch for. My trainer was even a certified dietician!
